What will the apprentice be doing?

The apprentice role will form part of the overall administration team and may be completing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Volume typing mainly from digital dictation
  • Data input
  • Copying
  • Filing
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Checking and coding of invoices and reception duties
  • To communicate with staff, managers and clients, both written and verbally in a professional, sensitive and courteous manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • To attend regular meetings with the supervisor and assessor and attend training sessions leading to an Apprenticeship in Customer Service
