What will the apprentice be doing?
The apprentice role will form part of the overall administration team and may be completing a variety of tasks, including:
- Volume typing mainly from digital dictation
- Data input
- Copying
- Filing
- Ordering of supplies
- Checking and coding of invoices and reception duties
- To communicate with staff, managers and clients, both written and verbally in a professional, sensitive and courteous manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- To attend regular meetings with the supervisor and assessor and attend training sessions leading to an Apprenticeship in Customer Service
