Tropical Nursery Supervisor

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of the cultivation of tropical and tender plant within a glasshouse environment. Have a good knowledge of glasshouse pests and disease, propagation and glasshouse environments. A passion for plants and a dedication for achieving high standards. A good understanding of health and safety requirements within the work environment.
You will need to have a horticultural qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3 or equivalent horticultural experience.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a team player with good communication skills, encourage team dynamics and be able to work with a degree of autonomy.

The salary will be £28,249 per annum.
