More about your role  

This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Trainee Salesforce Administrator you'll support with the systems administration of the Salesforce software.  

The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into a Salesforce or Systems Administrator/ Engineer.  

As our Salesforce Administrator you'll become the key user and contact for Salesforce within the Group Transformation Office.  You'll make sure the functionality is fit for purpose and support with the customisation of the Salesforce platform to support with strategic project delivery.  Whilst sat within the Group Transformaiton Office you'll benefit from wider support from our Salesforce Engineers and inhouse experts.

More about you  

You'll be educated to a graduate-level with a degree within a related specialism such as computer science or management information.  Ideally you will have had some hands on experience and potentially some experience using a similar system. You will be supported with training on Salesforce, the way its utilised internally and how we intend it to be utilised in the future.  

The successful candidate will have a modern outlook to technology and solutions, as well as the ability to continuous review and improve the ways of working and practises we have developed.  

To be considered for this role you need to have an interest in IT systems, we are looking for an individual who has a passion for developing and working closely with systems. This role sits within the Group Transformation Office which leads on key strategic projects
