Temp Executive Assistant to CEO role at fun and innovative tech firm! (ID:13146)
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a sociable, experienced, and hard-working EA to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of an exciting tech company in Charing Cross! The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires someone who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. The role is a 6 – 8 month contract, and offers hybrid opportunities, however, the successful candidate will be required to work primarily from their office.
– Managing the CEO's inbox and calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring they are well-prepared for each engagement.
– Supporting the CEO with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and briefing papers.
– Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
– Planning and organizing events, both virtual and in-person, such as conferences, meetings, and team-building activities.
– Handling other administrative tasks as required.
– Extensive experience as an EA.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
– Sociable personality and ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
