The Student Record Officer role is part of the Records Unit which forms part of the University’s Registry Services. Registry Services provides an integrated and high-quality suite of professional services which advises, guides and delivers the academic mission of the University to students, partners and staff across the University.
The Records Unit in Registry Services is responsible for the management of student, curriculum and assessment data for the university. You will play a vital role in supervising and delivering the student and assessment function within Records, providing expert technical advice on the student record system (SITS) and its associated data. You will have an in-depth understanding of the SITS system (and its architecture), supporting business processes, and the rules and regulations that govern their operation.
