We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
Proven experience as a BI Developer.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Customer focused approach.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Able to deal with data and present it in an understandable way to business users.
Business Intelligence reporting & software (eg, DAX, Power BI, Tableau)
In-depth understanding of DBMS, OLAP and ETL framework.
Design and implementation of relational databases, dimensional modelling, and data warehousing.
SQL Server 2008 – 2019.
SQL Server architecture (SQL Clusters/nodes)
T-SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, report builder and SQL Profiler.
Deploying solutions into live environment via CI / CD build pipelines.
SQL Server performance tuning and optimisation.
SQL Server security rules (access, encryption, data integrity etc)
SQL Server HA/DR (SQL 2016 AlwaysOn – failovers, Async/Sync, AG, Listeners, backups etc.)
Version control and change management.
As an integral part of the BI team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and administration of databases & data warehousing platforms to transform data into useful insights that help critical business decisions. You will also work with stakeholders to develop and maintain Power BI reporting solutions.
An experienced BI developer and high-performing problem solver, you will be a self-motivated team-player with excellent communication skills and a strong background in relational databases, T-SQL and in-depth understanding of SQL Server architecture.

Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the effective development of data management processes and procedures.
Development of SQL user stories to aid systems development.
Design, build and deploy BI solutions in Power BI.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
Create tools for effective data storage.
Development of data warehouse for BI reporting solutions.
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with QA and other technology functions to integrate systems.
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
Present information through reports and visualization.
Maintain technical documentation.
