About the role
Support the Employment and Skills Team in the development and delivery of the Annual Regeneration Plan, with a primary focus on the section 106 skills and employment plans for the Regeneration Estates. The post will be a mix of office-based activities along with a requirement to visit and work on the development, implementation and management of local employment and training initiatives on behalf of the Council and Developer Stakeholders within Private, Major and Regeneration Developments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of s106 monitoring and understanding of legal agreements.
- Ability to communicate and liaise effectively, both verbally and in writing with a range of stakeholders and partners.
- A methodical approach to work with high levels of accuracy and ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to get to grips with work quickly and independently.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and ability to project manage hiring campaigns.
