Product Management
Our Product Management team works closely with our design, delivery and business teams to create an unforgettable experience for our customers. From streaming products like NOW, to providing smart entertainment products like Sky Glass and Sky Go, and creating unforgettable Connected Living experiences, we're the problem solvers who find smarter and simpler ways to connect customers to more of what they love.
We work to bring the most exciting and innovative features Sky has to offer to customers! Whether it's using our intuitive remotes or saying a simple "Hello Sky" on Sky Glass, our team allows customers to easily find their favourite content as well as control their TV. We're looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Product Lead to help us build and improve on Voice and Remote Controls even further and continue to delight with ambitious new capabilities. What you'll do:

Own and lead the product vision & roadmap, both across far-field voice and remotes to meet target and key results while continuously seeking out fresh opportunities for new and improved customer offerings

Embrace and understand the voice and remotes product fully end-to-end and drive it forward by taking the lead on key initiatives and workstreams.

Take ownership and accountability of large complex features and take them from discovery through to delivery and beyond.

Produce and use product and customer experience insights to frame and challenge hypotheses and ideas. You'll make data-led decisions and empowered prioritisation calls while always keeping the customer experience front of mind

Collaborate closely with the rest of the organisation as well as Delivery, Architecture, Hardware, UX, Design and Development teams globally to manage the product life cycle and bring ideas to life

Understand the competitive market, stay on top of trends and regularly weave this knowledge into day to day work
What you'll bring

Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in the voice search and/or media space

An established background in leading large-scale projects across markets, multiple technical platforms, or a range of systems.

Expertise of working with large amounts of data and be confident self-serving on analytical tools

A passion for high quality customer experiences and a genuine desire to convert complex problems into simple solutions
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence colleagues and partners at all levels and across multiple business areas to drive collaboration and alignment.

Your office space Osterley
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
