About the role
The Senior Insight Analyst is part of the wider insight team of 16, supporting an area of Virgin Media of 2000+. The role sits in the Field Insight Team providing insight on emerging trends and challenges that impact both the Field and Self Install journeys. You'll be analysing customer experience opportunities, supporting data for projects, balancing cost impacts and revenue drivers. You'll be responsible for driving change, promoting solutions, and explaining performance to your stakeholders with analysis.
You'll be required to source data, analyse and present back insight on Field and Self Install KPIs. This includes:
Identifying bad cost opportunities from the E2E Field and Self Install journey.
Telling the story of Field & Self Install performance using data and influencing decisions of stakeholders.
Developing robust business cases to deliver Opex benefits and gain buy-in from stakeholders to proceed.
Identifying opportunity to enhance customer experience within Field and Self Install processes.
Presenting insight to HOD or Exec level to drive decision and change.
Working with Field Operational Improvement Team to support projects and trials to demonstrate the opportunity and impact

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
Proficient in SQL coding
Numeric & statistical analysis skills
Competent in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment essential.

Experience of developing and presenting analysis used to inform financial/business decisions
Proven ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with internal and external audiences at all levels.
