Our clients, a forward-thinking, highly successful, market-leading Estate Agency in Southport, are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team.
This is an opportunity to join an expanding business with fantastic earning potential, based on the levels of instructions and sales they are achieving alongside the opportunity to grow within the business.
Working hours:
- As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday – Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm (Weekend rota Saturday or Sunday 10 am-4 pm)
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic £18,000
- OTE £40,000 – £45,000
- Individual commission on completed sales
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- An experienced Estate Agent
- With Excellent knowledge of the industry
- Good knowledge of the Southport area.
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Registering applicants
- Arranging Viewings
- Booking FS appointments
- Referring Conveyancing leads
- Negotiating on offers
- Liaising with vendors and purchaser
