Safety Team Technician – ESS

We are currently looking to appoint a Safety and Rescue Team Technician to join the existing team based at our Wellingborough Depot. The successful applicant will assist in supplying a confined space entry management and rescue service to a range of customers anywhere in the UK.
Out of hours work is expected so you must be flexible and willing to work away from home. Suitable clothing will be provided.
This is a responsible position ensuring safe operations for our customers and team at all times.
Skills & experience required:
Knowledge of confined space working is desirable and full training will be given.
Experience of communicating with customers on a face to face basis
Current driving licence essential
Manufacturer training desirable but not essential
Mandatory Qualifications to be attained whilst employed:
- CS1 CS Entry with use of escape set
- CS2 CS Entry with use of Escape & full BA
- City & Guilds High Risk
- Water First Responder (DEFRA MOD 2)
- Working At Height
- FREC3
- Risk assessment and method statement completion
- Rescue Techniques
- CCNSG Safety passport
- Towing & pumping operations
