The role
The Policy and Reward Team, within Human Resources Division produce and implement frameworks as well as provide expert guidance, advice and support on HR policies, procedures and reward to all levels of HR staff and the wider University.
We are seeking a Reward Administrator to provide support and coordination of the University’s Job Evaluation Scheme.
What will you be doing?
The post holder will coordinate the University’s job evaluation scheme grading panels and related administrative activity. A large part of the role will be organising weekly job evaluation panels and collating and distributing relevant paperwork to panel attendees. The post holder will also provide administrative support to the wider Policy and Reward Team. This includes the provision of standard and ad hoc reports to provide management information for key reward policies such as Grade M.
You should apply if
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate excellent administration, IT, organisational and interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure, with the ability to manage varying deadlines and workloads effectively. You should enjoy working within a team and have experience in diary management.

Contract type: 17.5 hours per week
