A day in the life of…

As Reservations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings. You will manage day to day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue. You will Lead the reservations team, ensure appropriate staffing levels, effective distribution of workload and ensuring that the correct standards of service are maintained.

Based in the Holiday Inn at Manchester Airport, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. 

As part of the Manchester International Airport complex and situated within close proximity to all three terminals, this hotel boasts 280 bedrooms. The hotel opened early February and we are looking to expand the team now the reservations are growing!

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a property with at least 200+ bedrooms, at a Management level in Reservations. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 4-8 people. Opera experience is desirable and Global Brand experience is also a big plus.
