Oxford
Community Hospital is a 13 bed hospital offering continuing care of the
elderly, medical, palliative care and respite care for the local community.
You
will contribute to the friendly, cohesive team by providing expert nursing care
to the patients and working professionally with all members of the MDT.
Fixed term 0.6FTE position covering parental leave until February 2024. You will work as part of a 24/7 roster which involves
weekend and night shifts.

You
will be an experienced, confident practitioner with exceptional assessment
skills with the ability to work autonomously and lead a small and cohesive
team.
Enthusiastic,
motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage a
variety of people, is paramount in this role.
Excellent
communication and time management skills are paramount to your success in this
role.
You
will be passionate towards servicing the community and giving it your best.
