Single Homeless Project has a new opportunity for a part time, permanent Regional Services Manager- Young People's Services.
The new post will hold a changing portfolio which is comprised of youth accommodation and support services in the London Borough of Lewisham. If you think you have the right skills and attitude to manage the varied responsibilities of this role, please read on.

About the role
As the post-holder, you will have overall responsibility for a small management team within the borough, where you will be expected to provide dynamic leadership, management vision and direction to designated staff, engaged in the operation and development of high-quality services.
As the service lead for the borough, you will also ensure the effective delivery of our business objectives, drive innovation and the continuous improvement of our services for young people.
Skills and experience we are looking for
- a proven track record of managing young peoples' support services
- strong people management skills and a flair for developing staff and quality support services creatively.
- demonstrable experience of working successfully within supported housing sectors
- a proven track record of promoting effective partnership working
- ability to work effectively at both a strategic and an operational level and committed to delivering improved outcomes for children and young people, particularly in safeguarding.
Our attractive benefits package includes:
- A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period
- A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am – 4pm) in non-accommodation services
- 25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days (plus paid Bank Holidays),
- A contributory pension scheme: Single Homeless Project will contribute the equivalent of 5% of your annual salary
- Staff Health Cash Plan and discounts scheme
- Comprehensive and integrated training programme designed specifically to develop the skills and knowledge involved in our work
