Earn an outstanding salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities within your new role
The new Quantity Surveyor – Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of the business. You will be the point of contact for clients and external parties when dealing with commercial issues, for example, contract agreements of variations, claims and payments, providing support to the business team and overseeing budgets.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will be qualified to degree level, or a holder of a professional qualification accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You should hold relevant experience working within a similar role, and great interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Along with this, you will pride yourself in your numeracy and analytical skills.
