Playworker – Sonic – Torfaen, Wales

START  FOR APRIL 2023

Sonic out of school club is looking to appoint a play worker to work with children aged 3 to 11 years from April 2023.

The appointment is permanent and part-time. Hours of work are from 7.30am to 9.00am and from 3.15pm to 6.00pm each day of the school term (4.25hrs per day).

The pay rate is current £10.40p per hour with 9.7% pay award pending. The overall annual pay is currently £8,398.00 pa.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person who ideally has a level 2 or 3 qualification in play work, DBS enhanced check, and certificates in first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene, however these can be obtained whilst working.
