We have an opening for a Level 4 Network Engineer Apprentice to join our busy helpdesk in East London. This is a challenging role that offers excellent career progression for the right candidate. What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve software and hardware faults on client devices
  • Installation of operating systems such as Windows OS, configuration of laptops/ Apple Macs and workstations to a hardened standard
  • Install a variety of software and hardware including 3rd party applications, new user setups/ user removals etc. following our change management process
  • Setup of basic firewalls, routers, switches, wireless and NAS drives

  • This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release
