More about your role
Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative will work as part of the Corporate Facilities team to deliver reactive and planned maintenance works for all corporate commercial premises.
Assisting in the delivery of a client focused service alongside the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be based at our Grays Inn Road site in London however the role has a regional remit requiring regular travel to our sites with some overnight stay. This position incorporates some out of hours working for both planned maintenance, reactive / emergency call outs.
This is a varied role that will include allocation of; reactive, planned workloads, responding to Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric matters, along with assisting in carrying out compliance checks, lifecycle maintenance, minor electrical & plumbing works and project support.

More about you
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience working in a maintenance based role delivering FM services across a wide portfolio in commercial occupied premises. Due to the technical nature of the role, we require the successful applicant to have some working knowledge and experience of electrical installations, PPM schedules and reactive works in a commercial setting as well as an understanding of Heating and Ventilations systems as well as AC units.
You will have experience of carrying out general building maintenance and compliance checks and the ability to manage and self-deliver small works on site. The ideal candidate for this role will have undertaken Health and Safety training. A driving licence is essential for the role as is a flexible attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
