Leadership Administration Partner – £30,000 per annum.

We are looking for a Leadership Administration Partner to work closely with our teams across the Excelcare family, ensuring effective organisation and communication around key projects. Excelcare is a family-owned care and nursing home provider established for over 32 years.  We provide support to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues.

About the role:

Based at our central support office in Bromley, Kent, the Leadership Administration Partner will provide support to each of our innovation project leads, gaining an excellent understanding of new improvements and systems that are being developed throughout our services, and effectively communicating this information with each member of our team through our company intranet and regular newsletter.

As the Leadership Administration Partner, you will also be expected to follow up on actions identified in our care home quality audits to ensure improvements are implemented and report on the status of actions to the group Board and Directors.

  • Develop and maintain plans and timelines in accordance with Excelcare’s project management, planning, procedures, and processes.
  • Work closely with the project teams to ensure key project schedules are accurately developed and updated.
  • Organisation and minute-taking for innovation project meetings.
  • Preparing and circulating minutes to the innovation project leads.
  • Compiling progress reports on key projects to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Supporting innovation project leads with organisation of group conferences.
  • Following up meeting actions and record keeping.
  • Creation and circulation of quarterly innovation project newsletter to all team members.
  • Maintenance and creation of key hubs and pages within the company intranet (SharePoint) to promote learning, resource sharing and engagement.
  • Following up with central support and care homes on key actions and improvements identified by audits and reporting on the status of actions to the group Board and Directors.

About You:

  • Experienced in working within project organisation, including scheduling meetings, record keeping, following up actions & communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with evidence of strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and motivated team player who can work collaboratively with the innovation project team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Monday.com and SharePoint administration tools.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills.
