KPMG Black Heritage Talent Insight Programmes
Aimed primarily at students of Black heritage, these paid, 3-day programmes (3rd – 5th April inclusive) give you the opportunity to develop your professional network, immerse yourself into life at KPMG, and see how you could make a meaningful difference in a career with us – for our clients, our people, communities and the planet.
We offer a range of opportunities across Audit, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Tax and Technology & Engineering. Whichever programme you choose, you’ll have the chance to meet inspirational people from our diverse KPMG community, build your skills and explore the breadth of career opportunities we offer.
Whilst on the programme, you’ll also have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our autumn 2023 graduate programmes or a summer 2024 vacation programme, depending on your graduation year.

Our Black Heritage Talent Insight Programmes are open to students who are due to graduate in 2023 or 2025, as well as those who have graduated already.
