Salary £30K-£35K (Depending on Experience) + Staff Perks + Company Events + Other Benefits

Hours: 8am till 5pm – 5 days a week
Small amount of Flexible Working (with possible WFH in the future)

Our client is a well-established provider of packaging materials and bespoke packaging solutions. They supply a wide range of packaging including tapes, polythene bags, strapping, janitorial products, fitments, cartons, voidfill products, pallet wraps, films, bubble wrap and foam products.

They are currently looking for an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team. You will support the business development and account managers on your team in winning business and looking after key customer accounts. This role is office based supporting 1 Business Development Manager and 1 Account Manager who are largely field based.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively organizing whatever the team needs in the way of quotes, samples, meetings

Communicating with customer regarding quotes and other day-to-day account management queries

Setting up new stock agreement and call off orders with customers

Working with the customer service department to ensure orders are processed correctly

Working with the technical department to ensure prototypes & costings are ready in time

Using your initiative to work ahead and think proactively so that everything is planned in advance

Being ready for fast moving and spontaneous opportunities to win deals

Keeping the CRM up to date for your team

Joining sales meetings to report on actions, discuss strategies and take further actions away for the team

Help keep the team focused on the daily and hourly numbers during each day when they are out
