Intermediate Sustainability Consultant
Office Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: £38k – £45k
An established consultancy are looking to grow their team and are searching for an Intermediate Sustainability Consultant. They are a modern multi-disciplinary consultancy who have a strong focus on collaborative innovation whilst they continue to rapidly expand their project portfolio.
Some of the typical responsibilities and duties of the Intermediate Sustainability Consultant will include assisting the assessment and design process by carrying out site visits, internal and external presentations and meetings, actively participate in co-ordinating with other design team members as part of a multi-skilled team as well as day to day management and execution of project work. The role concentrates upon energy modelling, building physics, energy and sustainability strategies for clients in both the public and private sectors.
What they expect from a successful applicant:
– Relevant degree or equivalent
– Ideally 2 or 3 years related experience
– The ability to author reports
– Good experience of calculations using Excel and proficient in word
– Ideally experience using: SAP Calculations, SBEM & EPC Calculations, Planning Energy Statements, Energy & Carbon Assessments, Passive Design Analysis, Thermal Comfort Studies, Daylight / Sunlight, BREEAM
