What will the apprentice be doing?
- Effective troubleshooting and delivery of level 1/2/3 Application Support for incidents for a diverse range of in house and 3rd party developed software.
- Contribute to high levels of service ensuring constant communication with customers
- Ensure incidents are fully updated in Service Now in a timely manner while documenting work carried out and next steps with clear and concise details of actions taken.
- Take proactive measures where possible to improve our support offering
- Contribute to process review workshops helping shape and improve current ways of working
