HR/ER Case Manager – 6 months FTC
Are you looking for a HR position that offers flexible, hybrid working hours?
I am supporting an amazing organisation in their search to find a HR/ER specialist to join their small team and offer maternity cover for 6 months.
Ideally you will hold CIPD level 5 or be qualified by experience to HR Advisor level.
The main responsibilities of the role will include managing a range of complex ER cases from start to finish, building capability of the managers, through coaching to ensure effective decision making, producing reports and regularly participating in conference calls with managers.
You will need to be a strong communicator, confident in your approach and able to provide a great service.
The role will be varied and fast-paced, and you will oversee the ER activity on cases from start to finish and will also have the opportunity to get involved in projects within the team.
