More about your role
This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Graduate Research & Insights Executive you'll join a new inhouse team of Customer Experience Experts. The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into a Research & Insights Executive.
The start date for this role is September 2023 which will include a week long induction in Leeds including introductions to the Executive Team, a tour of Places for People housing stock & social opportunities for you to meet the rest of the 2023 Emerging Talent cohort.
The Graduate Research & Insights Executive role will give you the opportunity to act as storyteller, translating qualitative research and technical information to non technical colleagues. This will including report writing, competitor analysis, focusing groups and conducting secondary research and marketing intelligence.
This is a varied role with different tasks to get stuck in as you grown in confidence and skills.
You'll become the teams insight expert, working with colleagues from our across our organisation in different level of roles.
Keeping customers at the core of what we do and making sure research is accessible through the use of Plain Language.

More about you
You'll be educated to a graduate-level with a degree within a related specialism such as Business, Data, Research or Marketing. Your degree should have given you the skills to conduct research, analysis and critical thinking.
You will be inquisitive, conscientious and strive to understand how research and insights can be used to make positive change to business practice and customer outcomes. You'll feel empowered to use your voice to challenge embedded thinking and utilise data and research to guide future decision making. The ability to communicate in ‘plain language' will be vital in being successful in this role.
You'll have established data and Microsoft Excel skills, with the interest to enhance this to the point of dashboard creation.
