We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative who thinks they are up to their next challenge.
As a Grade 3 Warehouse Operative, you will be the expert, acting as the ‘go-to’ for colleagues. You must be able to support and direct agency new starters and Grade 1s & 2s with processes and tasks.
We are looking for candidates ideally Grade 2, who have demonstrated a strong work ethic and are working to required competencies, whilst striving to achieve targets.
You will be responsible for ensuring best practice in Operations; therefore you should work well with others. You must embrace change and be comfortable in challenging others to achieve.
