Female* Training Coordinator and Facilitator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer and facilitator to join our team. Working in partnership with WOMANKIND and co-produced with survivors of mental ill health we are in our second year delivering Women’s Health Inequalities Training to the mental health workforce across BNSSG.
BRISTOL MISSING LINK, established in 1983, is the largest provider of women-only services in Bristol bringing innovation, expertise and extensive experience (incorporating Next Link and Safe Link). WOMANKIND, founded in 1986 provides support to women in the Bristol area with professional counselling, group psychotherapy, befriending and a helpline service.
We have a rewarding opportunity available for a Female* Training Coordinator based in Bristol. You will join us on a 1 year fixed term part-time contract working 18.75 hours each week. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,371 (pro rata for part-time staff) and benefits.

About the role
We are looking for a positive and dynamic Training Coordinator and Facilitator who will continue to coproduce and deliver our training programme to raise awareness of the unique experiences that women encounter throughout their life, with a particular emphasis on intersectionality and inequality.
The training will be delivered to Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) workforce (volunteers, staff, and/or partners where applicable)
Key duties and responsibilities of our Female Training Coordinator and Facilitator
- Continue the co-development and deliver our Women’s Health Inequalities Training Programme to health staff members
- Planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating all trainings delivered by Missing Link and Womankind to BNSSG workforce.
- Facilitate reflective group sessions alongside guest speakers and those who are experts by experience.
- Promote the training
- Act as the main point of contact for all training related enquiries and requests.
- Maintain a positive and healthy learning and training environment
- Gathering training evaluation information, analysing feedback
- Compiling data reports, and adapting the training in accordance with feedback received from stakeholders and beneficiaries
- Produce an impact report at the end of the year to showcase the training delivered and provide an account of training given
- Deliver Training in different settings including face-to-face and virtually

What we are looking for in our ideal Female Training Coordinator and Facilitator
- Committed to developing a supportive, no blame, learning culture
- Experienced in working with Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proven experience of delivering training
- Proven experience of facilitating group work and/or reflective spaces
- Commitment to a Trauma Informed, Recovery focused approach
