External Affairs and Engagement Officer

Experience working in a busy team delivering projects and or events is essential for this role. Knowing what level of support is required to meet deadlines, as well as managing data correctly and efficiently is a must. The successful candidate also needs to have demonstrated some experience of working with senior level stakeholders and an understanding of the required protocols. A solid understanding of all basic office administration processes and packages and a keen eye for detail is also essential for this role. The successful candidate should also have a general interest in the issues we are facing in protecting nature, the environment and plant science in order to work confidently in this space.
This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.

The salary will be £28,249 – £29,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
