Stafffinders are currently on the search for a skilled Credit Controller to join our property organisation partner at their branch in the heart of Glasgow.
What you will get in your new role
£20,000 – £25,000 per annum
Working pattern of Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

They are looking for their new Credit Controller to fit in comfortably with this ethos.
Responsibilities within your new role
In your new role as Credit Controller, you will be carrying out the following duties…
Managing workload across portfolios
Collecting outstanding chargers within SLAs
Reduce aged debt through proactive collection techniques
Producing reports/letters in accordance with departmental procedures
Travelling and attending meetings with property managers are various locations
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have a proven history of at least 2 years of experience working in within a credit control function. You should ideally have experience in a similar Credit Controller role, with exposure to either Property, Estate Agent or Surveying sectors. Strong PC skills are key to succeeding, specifically in Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as experience using property management accounting systems.
You will be a keen problem solver, with the ability to use initiative and be assertive when required. Along with this, attention to detail and accuracy are paramount, with an excellent understanding of credit control procedures and techniques.
