About The Role

Are you an experienced Coordinator looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, we want to hear from you.

 

As a Coordinator you will be working within one of our Area Neighbourhood Management teams covering an area including parts of Plymouth, the South Hams and West Devon. You will be supporting a team of Housing Officers to provide excellent tenancy services to our customers.

 

Youwill be managing a portfolio of mutual exchange applications as well as providing support and administrative services to the Housing Officers with the aim of delivering comprehensive tenancy, estate and neighbourhood management support services within your area.

 

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our Exeter Office. A hybrid working style is an option.

About The Candidate

To be a successful Coordinator you should:

  • have excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • be highly organised and methodical with exceptional attention to detail.
  • have a flexible attitude.
  • possess a natural ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure.
