The ONE Group is recruiting for a Consumables Technician to join a forward thinking manufacturing company. The role is based in Royston, Hertfordshire on a temporary on-going basis.
Just a few minute's walk from the train station, this company develop and manufacture bio-tech products.
Due to an increase in sales, the production team are looking for a new team member to join their friendly and sociable department. They work sociable hours, Monday – Friday 8am-4.30pm.
The Consumables Technician is a varied role, but main responsibilities include assembling products and carrying out testing.
The Role:
- Hands on assembly of products
- Keep production documentation fully up to date
- Testing of products
- Reporting issues and contributing to continuous improvement
What You need to apply:
- Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
- Good dexterity, able to assemble small parts with your hands
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
This role is offering a competitive hourly rate. There is also opportunity to increase this rate as you develop in the role and learn different areas of assembly.
