A day in the life of…

As C&E Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and executing all Meetings & Events business within the Venue. As a purpose-built, highly adaptable venue you will be given the opportunity to work on events of all sizes, including high volume and those with high profile clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and work within our friendly and collaborative team of 9. 

You will be an expert on all of the facilities on offer, with the ability to advise guests based on their individual needs. You will record and process all enquiries that are made by phone, email, or face to face to ensure all guests are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. You will work with your teammates and liaise with the wider hotel team to ensure all leads are followed and that our guests receive an exceptional experience when arranging their events. 

Based in the Eastside Rooms you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a similar role and will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience, always living through our brand standards.
