An exciting opportunity to lead an innovative partnership with Leeds York Partnership Trust working within the Complex Recovery Service Team

The post holder will line manage and offer leadership support to the peer support workers and recovery support workers employed to work in CREST, who will support and work with individuals to help them develop skills for independent living, and prepare for move on from rehabilitation units into the community. The role will also entail identifying and facilitating engagement with services which can provide appropriate community support following move on.

Salary: NJC Scale Points 23 – 25, starting at £30,151 pa
