Overview

An incredible opportunity to work for a highly renowned FTSE-100 company, looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to thrive and realise their full potential and join their Corporate Services team in their London offices. You will report to the Senior Assistant Company Secretary, assisting the team in a variety of duties, ranging from delivery of shareholder services, supporting the Group’s share schemes, and ensuring governance and statutory compliance for subsidiaries are maintained to high standards. If you are a recently qualified CGI graduate (or soon to finish), with some previous company secretarial experience, and are a strategically-minded individual with the ability to work well under pressure, then this may be the role for you!

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the Group’s subsidiary governance
  • Making sure internal databases are kept updated, along with filings with Companies House when necessary
  • Contributing to the Annual Report and AGM preparation
  • Providing support with various tasks in relation to the Group’s share schemes,

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualified or part qualified
  • Previous listed experience beneficial
  • Practical understanding of UK Companies Act 2006 and Corporate Governance Code
  • Share plan exposure advantageous
  • IT proficient – knowledge of Diligent, GEMS, Boardbooks
