Stafffinders are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work for a well-established commercial client in Livingston. This is an immediate start, temp opportunity with the potential to turn into a permanent position for the right candidate!
Your rate of pay and hours of work
This is a temporary position with a pay rate of £10.67 per hour paid on a weekly basis, with holiday pay accrued on top. The hours for this role are Monday to Sunday, 2pm until 10pm, rotational 5 days on, 2 days off.
Although public transport links are available, having access to your own transport may be beneficial due to the shift times of this role.
Responsibilities in your new role
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for cleaning the different areas of the building as well as other areas as required. You would also be responsible for vacuuming, dusting, mopping and retaining the high standard set by the client. As the Cleaning Supervisor, it will be your duty to manage and support the other internal Cleaners on site, ensuring that all of the team are performing to a top-quality level.
Your personality, experience, and qualifications
You will be an experienced Cleaning Supervisor, ideally from a commercial background, with a demonstrated history of providing high-quality cleaning services and managing a team efficiently within a demanding environment. As an individual, you should have excellent attention to detail, whilst possessing a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You should also have great communication skills and the ability to use your leadership skills to drive your team to success.
