Citizens Advice Brent serves the diverse local community and have been present in the borough of Brent since 1939. A flexible and resilient organisation, we deliver vital front-line advice services, both telephone and online, and are considered a integral part of the community with a clear understanding of local needs, tailoring our services accordingly.
We work in partnership with faith, community, statutory and voluntary organisations across the borough, helping over 13,000 number of people last year and influencing and improving local policies and practices.

Salary: £60-£65,000
It's an exciting time to join Citizens Advice Brent as we have recently won a significant contract to supply advice services to the people of the London Borough of Brent.
Since the pandemic we have striven to increase our accessibility to all sections of society while maximising the volume of clients we can help in person and virtually. With demand for our services increasing in Brent, and more competition for funding, we are aiming to maximise what we can achieve and to increase the funding available.
The new CEO will play a vital role in shaping the future, providing vision and strategic direction for the Charity, as well as taking responsibility for all aspects of operational management including business planning, income generation, effective delivery of contracts, projects and services, policy and influencing and oversight of operational support including IT, HR and finance functions.
As well as bringing well rounded leadership experience and an empowering and collegiate approach, you will demonstrate high levels of personal credibility and enjoy acting as an ambassador for the organisation. You will cultivate positive relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring the profile and impact of Citizens Advice Brent and its services.
