More about your role  

This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Business Improvement Graduate,  you'll support with the ongoing Transformation of our key Assets.  

The start date for this role is 18th September  which will include a week-long induction based from our Leeds office. The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into a Business Improvement specialist with insight into Assets and Investments.  

The day-to-day role will see you support the delivery of a large-scale transformation project within our Assets and Investment team.   Your role will keep customer and colleague experience at its core, with an eye of productivity, colleague satisfaction measures and keeping our ways of working effortless.  The role will offer exposure to research methodologies, chance to get involved in workshop facilitation and gather key customer feedback and comments.  

This is a varied role, ideal for those who want a new challenge every day.  This is an agile/hybrid role with an expectation to visit our national offices on a monthly basis. This could be Edinburgh, London, Leeds and Preston

More about you  

You'll be educated to a graduate-level with a degree within a related specialism such as Business or Project Management, Humanities or Economics. An understanding of the skills and processes to run and effective business will set you apart. 

This is a new role within a growing team, the successful candidate will need to get stuck into every aspect of the role and be keen to thrive with new challenges and working on high profile workloads. 

You'll be a strong communicator and be able to get your thoughts, opinions and voice heard in the same way in person, on MS teams and in written communications.  The ability to work within a team is critical to success in the role with the new graduate being encouraged to offer their opinions and thoughts.
