Duties will include answering queries from patients, making appointments and patient referrals. Training will be provided, and this is a great opportunity to start a career in the NHS.

The business admin apprentice qualification level 3 will be delivered in the workplace and you will not be required to attend college.

Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
