This niche role predominantly involves impact investing, incorporating social metrics, and development finance, focusing on transactions in emerging markets and developing countries, through equity, debt and fund investments. The role will also encompass some financing of real estate developments, as well as commercial and residential portfolios, social housing, care homes, schools and sporting facilities.
Ideally, you will have 2-4 years PQE of demonstrable banking & finance experience and a desire to align with their commitment to driving social & environmental change.
