37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (will include occasional evenings and Saturdays)

Milton Keynes College are looking for proactive and efficient administrator to offer a range of support to our Apprenticeship team. 

The role is responsible for ensuring that our apprentices and employers receive a first-class service, through pre-enrolment, enrolment and on completion, ensuring that the Individual Learner Record (ILR) data is fully accurate and college systems and processes are adhered to.

It’s important that you can work efficiently, offer a high level of customer service and be willing and able to offer general administrative support to meet expectations. With the support of your colleagues, you will play a key role at the College and help to ensure a smooth, highly efficient operation assisting with general workloads.
