The company

Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for a Sheffield based client to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk into their current finance roster.

This role will have you integrating into a small but efficient purchase ledger team, covering a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment.

The job

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing of incoming invoices & credit notes
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Handling both internal and external queries
  • Ensuring all procedures are follow to relevant internal guidelines.
  • Other ad hoc duties

The person

  • Experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role will be required (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems (specifically MS excel)
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Be able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
